Currently a limited numbers of Industry Expo Lots are available, and demand will grow as the Airshow approaches. Looking for a Corporate Event?

The Brisbane Airshow is a great opportunity to mix it with like minded ‘corporates’. The airshow setting facilitates a great venue to host your companies event, all while enjoying a display of Warbird and Vintage Aircraft, Classic Car and Industry Exhibits, all to the feel the beat of a 1950’s rockabilly theme.

The Brisbane Airshow offers something more than just an Airshow. It offers an opportunity to engage with like minded people, both in business and for play. We have Camping on-site, and can arrange ‘glamping’ for the client seeking that ‘corporate event’ feeling. There’s evening food and band activities available on the Saturday evening “the 4th of July 2020”, so a great time should be enjoyed by all!

What does it cost to Display at the Airshow?

Depending on your requirements Industry Expo Lots start from as low as $300.00. We have a range of lot sizes and pricing packages. By registering below and completing an Expression of Interest you’ll be able to take a look around our Industry Expo Pages from within the Members area.

What does it cost to Sponsor at the Airshow?

Depending on your requirements Sponsorship starts from as low as $1750.00. We offer a range of sponsorship packages including:

  • Platinum
  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Bronze, and
  • Aircraft Sponsorship.

Each sponsorship package includes a range of benefits which provide your company

  • Partner Recognition
  • Airshow Day Promotion, and
  • Airshow Day Hospitality.

Do I need to attend on both days ?

No, but we do hope you will. It’s important to us that your investment provides you a good return. We see the Industry Expo as more than just a display, rather an opportunity to network, develop business and personal relationships, and take the opportunity to socialise and enjoy the airshow.

 

What hours can we display each day ?

Depending on your display, we expect Industry Expo displays to be ‘on show’ and staffed between 9:30am and 4pm each day. For more information please register below, complete an Expression of Interest, and then take a look around our Industry Expo Pages from within the Members area.

When do I need to be at the Airshow?

Industry display personnel and equipment arriving by car must be through the gates by 7:30am. If your arriving by air, please note that whilst the airspace will close at 09:30am, and all Industry Expo Displays must be operational by 09:30am. If you have a large display we may need you to ‘bump in’ earlier to facilitate other Expo displays as well as to address OH&S issues.

Departure and dismantling of lots may only be done after the cease of trade at 4pm each day.

Can I camp overnight?

Yes, absolutely! Camping is available overnight. Unfortunately, Camping Fees will apply, but at a discounted rate for our Industry Expo personnel. (Sorry but we need to cover the costs of toilet and showers!) Please take a moment to review our Camping Terms & Conditions here.

  • Please register below. Once registered, you will be directed to our Expression of Interest Form. Please ensure you complete all questions on the application form and then ‘Submit’.
  • Please be patient, we will touch base with you within the next few days.
  • Applications will be processed on a ‘first in, best dressed’ basis.
