Currently a limited numbers of Aviation Expo Lots are available, and demand will grow as the Airshow approaches. So if your looking to secure a lot, prices could not be more competitive than right now. The Brisbane Airshow is a great opportunity to mix it with like minded ‘corporates’. The airshow setting facilitates a great venue to host your companies event, all while enjoying a display of Warbird and Vintage Aircraft, Classic Car and Industry Exhibits, all to the feel the beat of a 1950’s rockabilly theme.

What does it cost to display at the Aviation Expo?

Depending on your requirements Aviation Expo Lots start from as low as $500.00. We have a range of lot sizes and pricing packages. By registering below and completing an Expression of Interest you’ll be able to take a look around our Aviation Expo Pages, and see what the layout will be, all from within the Members area.

What does it cost to Sponsor at the Airshow?

Depending on your requirements Sponsorship starts from as low as $1750.00. We offer a range of sponsorship packages including:

  • Platinum
  • Gold
  • Silver
  • Bronze, and
  • Aircraft Sponsorship.

Each sponsorship package includes a range of benefits which provide your company

  • Partner Recognition
  • Airshow Day Promotion, and
  • Airshow Day Hospitality.

Do I need to attend on both days ?

No, but we do hope you will. It’s important to us that your investment provides you a good return. We see the Aviation Expo as more than just a display, rather an opportunity to network, develop business and personal relationships, and take the opportunity to socialise and enjoy the airshow.

What hours can we display each day ?

Depending on your display, we expect Aviation Expo displays to be ‘on show’ and staffed between 9:30am and 4pm each day. For more information please register below, complete an Expression of Interest, and then take a look around our Aviation Expo pages from within the Members area.

When do I need to be at the Airshow?

All our Airshow Merchants and Vendors are required to ‘bump-in’ on the Friday before the show. Only Aviation Expo displays may, by prior arrangement, ‘bump-in’ on the Saturday morning. In these circumstances, gates will be accessible from 05:00am. Cars must be through the gates by 7:30am and if arriving by air, your aircraft on the ground by 08:00am.

Please note that all displays must be operational by 09:30am and that the airspace will close at 09:30am. If you have a large display or are situated in such a manner that your display may affect others ‘bumping-in’ or present OH&S issues, we may require you to bump in earlier. Departure and dismantling of lots may only be done after the cease of trade at 4pm.

Can I camp overnight?

Yes, absolutely! Camping and tent rental at the Tent Motel are available. Unfortunately, fees will apply, but at a discounted rate for our Airshow personnel. (Sorry but we need to cover the costs of toilet and showers!) Please take a moment to review our Camping Terms & Conditions here.
